CALL FOR PAPERS
The Tenth International Econometric and Financial Conference of Vietnam (ECONVN 2026/2027)
for Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking and the 10th Anniversary of ECONVN
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, October 12-13-14, 2026
Main theme:
CHAOTIC DYNAMICS FOR ECONOMIC MODELING AND RELATED TOPICS
The increasing recognition of nonlinearity and complexity in economic systems has challenged the traditional Newtonian paradigm based on linearity and equilibrium. Chaos theory provides a more realistic framework for understanding economic dynamics, highlighting that most economic processes are inherently nonlinear and capable of generating complex and unpredictable behavior. The ECONVN2026/2027 conference, with the theme “Chaotic Dynamics for Economic Modeling and Related Topics” aims to advance research on nonlinear and complex economic systems. It invites contributions on the theoretical, empirical, and applied aspects of chaotic dynamics in economics, finance, and banking, as well as related areas, to promote more robust and realistic modeling approaches for contemporary economic challenges. Selected papers will be published in the Springer series “Studies in Systems, Decision, and Control” (Scopus, DBLP, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, SCImago) and will be submitted for consideration in Web of Science (ISI).
Venue: Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB), 36 Ton That Dam Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Format: A hybrid conference with both online and offline
Conference Date: October 12-13-14, 2026.
